Pet X-Rays & Ultrasound
Pet imaging, including veterinary radiology and ultrasound, is essential for diagnosing many health conditions. We use a combination of in-house tools and specialist partnerships to provide accurate and timely answers for your pet’s care.
Pet Imaging FAQs
What conditions can pet X-rays help diagnose?
When does my pet need an ultrasound?
An ultrasound is recommended when a more detailed view of your pet’s internal organs, such as the liver, kidneys, or heart, is needed.
Is pet imaging safe for dogs and cats?
Do you perform ultrasounds in-house?
We perform limited ultrasound services in-house, but work with a mobile specialist who comes to our clinic. This allows us to provide advanced imaging options without needing to refer to an alternate clinic.
How quickly will I get results from imaging?
In many cases, results from X-rays are available the same day, allowing us to discuss findings during your visit. X-ray consults and ultrasound results may involve specialist review and take 2 days to 1 week.
