How do I request a prescription refill?
You can request prescription refills by contacting our clinic directly, sending us a text, or using our PetDesk App. Prescriptions may be filled sooner, but we ask for a 24-hour turnaround time. We will contact you when your prescription is ready for pickup.
Do you offer an online pet pharmacy?
Yes, Walton VetCare partners with Vetsource to provide a trusted online pet pharmacy. Pet owners can order medications, preventatives, and prescription diets with convenient home delivery, along with options like auto-ship and secure online payments.
Can I purchase prescription diets through your pharmacy?
Yes. We carry a limited amount of prescription diets in-clinic, but we can order additional diets upon request. Prescription diets can also be ordered through our online pharmacy, Vetsource, or through Hill’s to Home. Contact our office, and one of our staff members can help.
Is it safe to order pet medications online?
Yes, if you can verify medications have been stored and handled properly and have adequate expiration dates. We only prescribe through our Vetsource online pharmacy.
